Due to overwhelming demand, this event is full. And now, don't miss the additional winemaking workshop on 24 August & 5 October 2010 with same time, location and sessions contents. Register yourself and your guests here. Winemaking! Free Wine tastings with selected Cheese for two sessions! In session 1, you will be introduced to the winemaking ingredients, materials, procedures, theories, techniques and tools. To produce your own wine from selections like Australia Cab/ Shiraz , French Merlot, New Zealand Pinot Noir, or French Cabernet Sauvignon. In session 2, you can bottle your own wines; design your special wine labels and many more. Take your bottle of wine after 6 weeks or pick it up at Chapter office later.
