This 2-day course will share the most popular measures to address this issue, with the implementation of information security controls (ISO27001 Standard and ISO20000 Standards, as well as ITIL practices). These Standards have been well accepted by worldwide enterprises from various industrial sectors. They not only help organizations to address issues arise from outsourcing, but also better align the interface with internal teams / process owners. This course will give you an integrated approach of Information security management system (ISMS) / IT service management (ITSM) / Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to better utilize outsourcing strategy.
