While IT is often viewed as an enabler to business, the key challenge remains ensuring that there is sufficient and effective IT Governance to maximize realization of business benefits.  IT Governance not only focuses IT investments on meeting business objectives with measurable business benefits, but also forms an integral part of overall corporate governance, providing a framework to optimally manage IT investments.  This session focuses on sharing of CLP Group's IT Governance experience. The presenter, Joe Locandro is Director - Group Information Technology with CLP Group, and is responsible for the formulation and execution of the CLP Group IT strategy throughout the region.  CLP Group is one of the largest investor-owned power businesses in the Asia-Pacific electric power sector.
