Topic: Windows 7 Security

The new Microsoft Windows 7 Operation system is lurking on the horizon; it would be interesting to know what this operation system can offer and how it delivers on the security front. Built upon the security foundations of Windows Vista, Windows 7 responds to user feedback to make the system more usable and manageable and contains the right security enhancements to combat the continually evolving threat landscape. In this session, come hear the overall security story of Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8

Francis Lam (M.sc , B.Eng., CISSP, ) is the ITPro Evangelist in Microsoft Hong Kong. Before assuming the ITPro Evangelist role, Francis worked as a Technology Specialist at Microsoft on Server products and delivered numerous seminars on Microsoft Server architecture and security design and deployment.
