To celebrate the China HK Chapter's 30th Anniversary, a series of academic, professional and social activities have been organized for 2012, to further promote the personal and professional development of our members.

The explosion of mobile telecommunication networks and handheld devices has led to a race to develop mobile applications. However too often, the rush to develop mobile e-banking or e-commerce applications has resulted in a development lifecycle that lacks a sufficient security focus and organisations leveraging mobile devices as a new service delivery channel remain largely at risk. This, combined with widespread usage of mobile apps is dramatically changing the e-commerce landscape, making valuable payment and customer information a prime target for criminals.
