Recognition Scheme for CAs (Cont’d)

• Government recognition will be granted to those CAs which have achieved an acceptable trust standard.

• The Ordinance sets out the matters to be taken into account by DITS in determining whether a CA is suitable for recognition, e.g. financial status, security arrangements and standards, etc.

• DITS will also consider a compliance assessment report.
