Speakers

Silvia is a seasoned Information Security & Project Management executive with a track record of reducing cyber risk and integrating new technologies.

Recognizing information security as a crucial business driver, her expertise spans governance, risk management, and cloud security. A dedicated mentor and speaker, she volunteers at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and advocates for diversity with ISACA’s SheLeadsTech.

Silvia has earned CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, and MCSE certifications. She was recently honored with the CSO30 ASEAN Award 2023, the Cyber Security Professional Award 2023, and the Top 50 Women Tech Leaders Award.


Krystal is the Assistant District Commissioner of New Territories South in the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, and the Head of Administration in San Wui Commercial Society YMCA of Hong Kong Christian School where she is a part of the Leadership Team.
Krystal earned a few professional education qualifications. She has her Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Recently, she earned a Professional Diploma Programme in Management of Student Activities and Master in Education.

Krystal helps NGOs in various position. Through this experience, she believes that children are good at something. As an educator, providing more opportunities for children in academic and non-academic areas is so important to nurture our future leaders.


Sylvia is the Global Head of Cloud Risk & Control in HSBC. Her designations include CISA, CPA Australia, AWS, GCP and Azure certificates. With her career spanning over a decade, she had been in audit, technology risk management within the financial industry. In her current role, she is responsible for managing cloud platform leads in maintaining secure and resilient cloud infrastructure services. In her prior role as a technology risk and controls senior manager for a virtual bank, she developed the technology risk governance within the first line of defence. As an auditor, she led various engagements on regulatory compliance audits and financial audits.

Abstract The webinar is a thought-provoking webinar that aims to inspire and empower the next generation in tech and cybersecurity. This event will feature an external speaker, a representative from the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, and representatives from our committee. Come and learn from the industry leaders, gain insights into the tech field, and celebrate the achievements of women in tech.

Zoom Access Information On the date of the event, download the Zoom Apps to access the zoom meeting with the ‘Meeting ID’ and ‘Password’ provided in the Zoom email.

The Chapter will report your CPE Hour directly to the ISACA HQ. To facilitate the process, please ensure the registration form is correctly completed with:

  1. Provide a valid ISACA ID (6 or 7 digits, but not certification number)
  2. Name (Identical to ISACA record)
  3. Email (Identical to ISACA record)
  4. Apply your CPE hour after the chapter has uploaded your CPE hour to ISACA website (Email notification from the chapter will be sent within a week after the event)
  5. If you provide an invalid ISACA ID, you will be removed from the registration list.

We will keep you informed once CPE recording to ISACA is completed. To check your ISACA ID, please log in your account at www.isaca.org.
