PakHo is a recognised cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) across multiple sectors. As the first in Asia-Pacific to hold both the “ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert” and “Certified Space Security Specialist Professional” titles, he specializes in tackling complex security challenges in industries such as aerospace, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, F&B, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, BSFI and beyond in last decade. As a member of UN Expert Community, he actively contributes to global cyber resilience and has delivered impactful presentations at major events, including the IAEA, ISA, ICS, ISACA, IAASS and SSS Conferences.

A pioneer in industrial cybersecurity, PakHo led ISACA’s first Industrial Cybersecurity Workshop in 2016 and has since presented at the ISA CSIC+ conference on purple teaming for OT and at the OT Cybersecurity Symposium in Singapore on OT intel-led penetration testing. In 2023, the Asia-Pacific OT/ICS Cybersecurity Workshop Series was launched. As the first to present cybersecurity research on space systems at the 13th IAASS Conference for Space Safety (2024) and the 7th Singapore Space Symposium (2025), he continues to champion innovation and advocate for the responsible use of AI in critical infrastructure. His work is dedicated to ensuring a resilient and secure digital future for the world’s most vital industries.

·     We will keep you informed once CPE recording to ISACA Global is completed.
